The successful business operation and reputation of AVEX is built upon the principles of fair-dealing and ethical conduct of our directors, management and employees. AVEX will conduct its business fairly, and in an ethical and proper manner, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations..

Those employees involved in foreign business transactions must be familiar with, and comply with, all applicable foreign and domestic laws. These laws include prohibitions under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and restrictions on export/import of products and technical data.
AVEX does not participate in the restrictive trade practices or boycotts prohibited by the United States.

We are committed to meeting the highest ethical standards in our dealings with others. We strive to be a world-class leader in every aspect of our business ; in the development of our team leadership skills at every level; in our management performance; in the way we design, build, and support our products; and in our financial results.

The continued success of AVEX is dependent upon our customers' trust and we are dedicated to preserving that trust. Our employees respect a duty to AVEX, its customers, and suppliers to act in a way that will merit the continued trust and confidence of the public.

We encourage employees to seek advice from an ethics officer, their manager, supervisor or the Administration Department if they have a concern or do not understand any aspect of our ethics policy. Employees are required to report suspected cases of unethical conduct through their department manager, supervisor or the Administration Department.

All employees must protect AVEX proprietary information, as well as information proprietary to other parties, including government classified information. Employees are expected to know and comply with the standards governing the protection of classified information and may never disclose proprietary or classified information to anyone without proper authorization.

We are committed to fair employment practices and a working environment that encourages respect, honesty, and integrity. Our language and conduct should always be respectful of others. We do not tolerate harassment, or offensive behavior or discrimination.

AVEX maintains a consistent safety program. Each employee is expected to obey safety rules and to exercise caution in all work activities. Employees must immediately report any unsafe condition to the appropriate supervisor.

It is AVEX's desire to provide a drug-free, healthful and safe workplace. To promote this goal, employees are required to report to work in appropriate mental and physical condition to perform their jobs in a satisfactory manner.

AVEX will promptly investigate all reports and take appropriate corrective action to resolve compliance concerns, including disciplinary action and making disclosures to government authorities if warranted. All employees are required to cooperate in investigations and AVEX prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports or helps resolve ethics and compliance concerns.

Compliance with this policy of business ethics and conduct is the responsibility of every AVEX director, manager, and employee.
