AVEX Aerospace to become Hexadyne Corporation in 2010
As of 1 January 2010, AVEX Aerospace Corporation will re-align its corporate structure to become part of Hexadyne Group. AVEX re-emerges as Hexadyne Corporation, a 100% U.S. citizen-owned corporation.
Robert J. Sanchez, CEO of AVEX Aerospace summarizes the strategic move. “Although we are very proud of the AVEX name and the exemplary customer support that we feel we provided for over 25 years under the AVEX name, we are equally as excited about our transition to the Hexadyne Corporation brand. This transition is a proactive response to international market conditions, and reflects positive changes in management structure and refinement and revitalization of our business model that was begun during 2009.”
Dennis D. Derr, President of AVEX elaborated, “This restructure as Hexadyne brings additional human and capital resources to bear in the company, and will allow us to expand product markets for our suppliers and improve logistical support for our customers even as we continue to support both with the same quality management and line-level individuals that have long been part of the AVEX family. To be clear, our core mission and commitment to our suppliers and customers has not, and will never change. The most important constant throughout this transition is our pride in what we do. We are looking forward to another 25 years of service as Hexadyne Corporation.”
